Like millions of other website owners, we use Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is a piece of software (that uses a cookie) to grab bits of data about our website visitors (you). It’s something like an advanced server log.
What does Google Analytics record?
- What website you came from to get here.
- How long you stay for.
- What kind of computer you’re using.
- And quite a bit more.
What do we do with your data?
The tracking information allows us to better understand the kind of people who come to our website and what content they’re reading. This allows us to make better decisions about design and writing.
Occasionally, we will compile aggregate statistics about the number of visitors this site receives and browsers being used. No personally identifying data is included in this type of reporting.
All of our activity falls within the bounds of the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
Want to opt out of tracking?
We also use a service called Klaviyo for our email and SMS marketing.
We (Fungimental) only hold the personal data that you have provided to us, with your consent, which may include your name and address and contact information. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need.
We do not share your information with any third parties or use your information for any purpose other than communicating our business offers to you.
If at any point you believe your information being held is incorrect or you wish to see the information, have it deleted or amended or have any queries, concerns or complaints about your data, please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com.
We last updated this page on the 22/12/22 – if you have any more questions relating to your privacy on our website – please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
