Terms & conditions

Your statutory rights as a consumer under British law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions and apply to goods ordered via the internet or by phone. These terms and conditions may vary at any time, but the terms and conditions which apply will be those listed here at the time you placed your order. All the material contained on the website (images, logo’s packs and visuals and visual identity) is the property of Fungimental and may not be copied without the permission of the company.

Taking payment

There are a number of ways to pay on this website facilitated through Paypal and Stripe. At the time the items are ordered payment will be processed and stock availability will be checked. To make sure your details are protected Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used on the site, encrypting your data whilst it is in our system. If goods are not available we will inform you and let you know when they will be in stock.

Your orders

Where there is a charge for postage this will be added and charged when the purchase is made. We reserve right to cancel order and offer alternative product or full refund in those extremely unlikely cases, when items purchased are not available. If your order cannot be completely fulfilled, you will have the option of a refund, or an alternative product. We will notify you when we expect the goods to be available. Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered.

Coupon disclaimer

Coupons are valid for a limited time and may have exclusions. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Minimum purchase requirements may apply. Coupon codes must be entered correctly at checkout. Offers are subject to availability and can be modified or canceled anytime. We reserve the right to refuse orders involving coupon abuse or fraud. Terms are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives fresh and in good condition. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. For mushroom grow kits, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery due to the delicate nature of the kits. We take extra care in packaging our mushrooms and grow kits to make sure they arrive safely. Sustainability is very important to us so all items are packed with eco-friendly materials. If your order is delayed, damaged or you’re not satisfied with how it arrives please reach out to Tom right away who will make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please read our return policy for more information. Delivery of the goods will be made to the address on your order, but we can not be responsible for information incorrectly given, and do not take responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged after they have been delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll always do our best to help if any issues arise.

Returns Policy

BY THE PUNNET/ CATERING TRAY

Since our mushrooms are fresh and perishable, we can’t accept returns once they are delivered, but don’t worry we do offer a freshness guarantee – if your mushrooms arrive damaged or spoiled, just reach out to Tom within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please attach a photo of the mushrooms and packaging to hep us resolve the issue faster.

EXTRACT POWDER/TINCTURE/CAPSULES

If you ordered other items like our mushroom supplements we do offer returns but please check that they’re still in their sealed packaging before reaching out, as we don’t accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

TEES

If you’ve ordered one of our tees we do offer returns or exchanges if you contact us within 48 hours from delivery arrival. All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached in original packaging. Garments must not be worn or washed.

GROW KITS

If you have ordered our grow kits and seen no results within the timelines provided, please contact Tom within 42 days of receiving your order to see if there is any advice he can give to help get your kit on track. Please make sure you provide details about the issue you’re experiencing such as photos of the kit, its condition and any steps you’ve already taken to try and resolve the issue. This can help Tom understand the situation and offer the best possible solution. If the kit is damaged, defective or incomplete upon arrival we will offer a replacement or full refund as long as you contact Tom within 24 hours of delivery. If you’ve followed all the included instructions and still haven’t had any success after contacting Tom, we will issue a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

We will generally send you a replacement free of charge but ask you to cover packing and shipping costs. You will get a full refund to original payment method if the return is made within allowed timeframe and under required conditions. Refunds can take up to 15 days to process once the item is received. If you have any queries feel free to have a chat with Tom. If you are returning your item(s) for a refund, use our returns label included. If there is no returns label it’s because these items are not part of our returns policy, please read terms and conditions for more information. A deduction fee will then be taken from your refund to cover part of the return shipping cost. We off-set the cost of the return shipping so that this cost is shared.

Our products

We take care to provide accurate descriptions and prices of our products at the time of purchase, but occasionally there may be errors on our website. The manufacturing process for our products is tightly controlled, and allergens are clearly marked on the ingredient list. If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical condition you should take medical advice before using any of our any of our products.

Liability

You agree that your use of the website and our services is at your sole risk. The website and services are provided on an as-is and as available basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. To the extent that it is lawfully possible to do so, we make no warranty that (a) the website and our services and/or any information will meet your requirements, (b) your access to and use of the services will be error-free, (c) any errors or inaccuracies will be corrected. Further, if your use of the website results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, this will not be at our risk and expense. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through or from the website or from our services will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the contents of this site and we accept no liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
